We made this Easter cake today. It's so simple, just make a yellow cake in two round pans. Then put on chocolate icing. Around the edge put yellow Peeps (not seperated) and in the center put chocolate chips for the sunflower "seeds".

I saw this somewhere and I thought it was so cute. I think we however are the one family in America that hates PEEPS lol! So the cake would not be much of a hit here...Happy Easter!
