What's his name?

Yesterday we went to a picnic at the park with the playgroup we go to. There was a little boy there who isn't normally at playgroup, but he was there with his brother. Owen liked playing with him. Later he kept telling me about playing with "Dolphin". Finally I figured out he was talking about Dalton. He apparently didn't think Dolphin was an odd name for a boy.

Last year at playgroup he played with a little boy named Evan who he called Heaven. This year he gets it right. It was Owen's last playgroup because we're done for the school year, and in the fall he'll go to school. :(
